Everything was nice, perfect location close to a shopping centre, the staff were helpful. There were a safe box, a mini-fridge-bar and a sitting area in my classic queen room, I loved it. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included eggs, breads, cereals and cakes, everything was amazing.

Relaxing room, comfortable beds, clean pool. There were complimentary WiFi, air conditioning and Nespresso coffee in the room, liked that. We had a great value meal in the morning, also tasty food at the poolside bar. The hotel was near the stunning beach. Service was efficient in the smoking venue.

I have had a very relaxing experience, this nicely presented, clean hotel deserves more than 5 stars. I liked the room, the bed was very comfy. Found in the impressive area so close to the city centre, all attractions. Brilliant and fabulously helpful staff and amazing service.

Elegant building and rooms with smart decoration. The buffet breakfast was absolutely perfect, room was spotless. The staff was absolutely amazing, some of the best in Prague. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door. The service at this european hotel was impeccable!

It was spotless, staff were dismissive. The continental breakfast, especially I loved eggs, cereal, meats and breads. The location was PRIME, around 10-15 minutes walk from a historic square. Beautiful gardens on the territory.
